Shipping Policy

The transport company will deliver the package to the address indicated. The carrier will make several delivery attempts on several different business days.

Orders in mainland Spain will have a delivery time of 24-48 business hours. We DO NOT ship to the Canary Islands.

We ship to Europe within the areas delimited within the European Community.

Shipping costs will depend on where the order is sent. For Spain and the Balearic Islands the shipping costs will be €5.99; in the case of Europe the costs will be €9.99.

For orders over €70 the shipping costs will be free in both cases.

Return policy.

The first change of model/diopter will be free.

In the case of returns, they will have a cost of 4.50 in Spanish territory and 8.50 in European territory for shipping, which will be deducted from the final payment once the package is received in our warehouse.

In the case of a change of model/diopter, a shipment with collection will be processed, in which the other will be collected at the time of delivery. The package must be wrapped in perfect conditions so that it is not damaged in transport and the glasses arrive in good condition at our warehouse.

In the case of a return, a collection will be processed at the delivery address. The package must be wrapped so that it is not damaged in transport. In the event that the product arrives damaged due to poor packaging, the amount of handling for the box change will be deducted, an amount of €3.00 plus shipping.
